Warning Message:The Flood Warning continues for
  the Rio Grande at del Rio.
* At 09am Friday the stage was 2.8 feet or 0.9 meters
* flood stage is 4.0 feet or 1.2 meters.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet or 1.2 meters.
* Flood stage is 4.0 feet or 1.2 meters.
* Forecast the river will once again rise above flood stage by late
  this afternoon and continue to rise to near 4.1 feet or 1.3 meters 
  early by this evening. The river will once again fall below flood 
  stage by later this evening. This fluctuation is due to releases from
  lake Amistad for power generation.
* Impact...at 4.0 feet...(1.2 meters)...the flow is overbanks into lowest areas 
  of the flood plain...threatening to flood the Road through the lowest sections
  of The Vega Verde subdivision.
